The economy is not doing well, trucking companies large and small are going out of business, and the industry is in contraction mode. On top of all this, various types of parasites continue to extract blood and treasure from the American trucking market, leaving very little profits for an already super marginal industry. The government is behind the ball, and some of these scammers are operating in the open, brazenly discussing their methods on social media, and bragging about all of the money they are making off the backs of hard working American truckers.
