This item is a good introduction to the importance of culminating the trial of the Coutts 4/2 with a Malicious Prosecution case against the officials and agencies that improperly attacked the integrity of the whole Freedom Convoy movement in Canada. I agree that there is evidence of much collaboration on this attack between the US and Canadian governments. Please note the explanation offered up on Global News by the US Ambassador to Canada, David Cohen. Cohen groups the Canadian freedom convoy in with China and Russia as enemies who are trying to "subvert" democracy in North America.

Please see the opening of my essay in Global Research.ca. The essay is entitled "Commemorating January 29, 2022, Democracy, Authoritarianism and Canada’s Truckers Movement: Have the Coutts 13 Been Set Up to Embody the Canadian Version of “Domestic Terrorism”" 4 Feb., 2023

Quote starts here

"The US Ambassador to Canada, David Cohen, has characterized the members and supporters of the Canadian Truckers’ Freedom Convoy as “extremists” who are “subverting democratic processes and voices to further the cause of authoritarianism.”

As reported by Canada’s Global News, Cohen elaborated,

“China and Russia are among the actors involved in those attempts to subvert democracy, but also domestic forces including elements in the trucker convoys that blockaded the Canadian capital and border crossings for three weeks earlier this year.”

This intervention in domestic politics by the Biden administration’s top emissary to Canada should not go unnoticed. Quite clearly, it is the Canadian Truckers and many of their supporters who are victims, rather than perpetrators, of multiple forms of authoritarianism. "

The essay highlights the role of Global News in advancing the anti-Trucker smear involving "Diagolon, The Anti-Hate Network, and the Coutts 13"

I hope this reference helps flesh out the argument for a Malicious Prosecution

This is excellent in depth reporting with “the receipts” included and I feel very honoured to have been able to read this.

I had no idea it was this underhanded, complex, and carried out with both US and Canada being in cahoots… I didn’t know the half of it as it turns out.

Extremely grateful to all of those many brave and bright minds out there who have the expertise, the knowledge, the skill sets and the desire to have the wherewithal to be able to hold all who are responsible for their roles and deceptions to pull this off ACCOUNTABLE for their roles and actions in this travesty of justice!

That is what has been missing in JT’s government for 9+ years now, from the top down the rot is apparent in that not one minister nor one bureaucrat not any single person in this government takes any accountability for anything that happens at all in their departments! They all obfuscate, deflect, outright lie and then pass the buck! I am so so sick of it!

I can copy this and send it to my mp, that I can do and will do to try to expose the truth.

I appreciate there are people on this and giving us updates about this travesty of justice. It's The Gong Show in this colony.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing at POEC. They contradicted the facts from intelligence agencies, police and Fintrac. There was no 'there, there'. That's when they decided to go with the buffoons at CAHN. We knew that the invoking of the EA was the plan from the onset. The Trudeau government wanted chaos and that's why they allowed it to fester. It played into their hands.

They wanted their Jan.6 and got it. I've old enough to remember politics as far back as the 80s. I've never seen a government so readily co-opt the narratives from the U.S. When I was in university, the prevailing stance from nationalist professors was that Canada was good at cooperating with the USA while maintaining a distance so as to not look like a puppet. And that the U.S. understood this need for Canada to maintain the appearance of independence. It worked well.

That's all gone now. I believe the Reform party worked closely with American neocons back in the day. Now the Trudeau Liberals clearly hold close ties with the Democrats. They have to be in contact because I've never seen our two countries more intertwined with the 'message'. Of course, they will project and claim Poilievre is doing that with Trump but the bottom line is THEY ARE IN POWER and it's obvious there's some sort of globalist agenda in play.

The government's performance at POEC was weird in revealing its despotic impulses. Their stance was "Yes, we did it but we did it because we love you." It was so overt I wondered if POEC was just a show trial or if our politicians are that stupid. It was amateur hour. Freeland, for example, admitted that laws get in the way of emergencies and that if we're to deal with emergencies better we need to find ways to be more agile (read circumnavigate the law) to meet the challenge. Basically, they were all defending authoritarian measures while claiming to be true to democratic principles. You had Justin flat out lying claiming there were babies being used as baby shields and that he never called people who opposed his anti-science mandates names. He couldn't even muster the courage to own his own words which are readily available on the internet.

I don't know if Rouleau bought it per se but he played his two-bit hack part and played along by 'reluctantly' ruling the Liberals met the 'threshold'. Justin got his one-line sound bite and once again got away with an unnecessary illegal and aggressive action assaulting the civil liberties of Canadians.

We're ruled by authoritarian sociopaths - and some cases psychopaths - in both he USA and Canada. There's no political solution to this.

Asking both my close friends to do the same, we all have different mps so the more the better!

I so hope many who subscribe to your Substack and or restack this article pick up their phones and also copy this link and send it to their mps too!

As was said, this is the Information Age so we need to take advantage of that!

I’ve gotten very proactive in writing politicians, both provincially and federally! It’s at least something I can do but as I said I’m most grateful to you and to all the many others who have brought and continue to bring so many valuable skill sets, bright minds and a tenacity to fight for truth and justice on behalf of all of us and to call out the crimes and injustices taking place!

I’m not on twitter so would never have gotten to read this guest post if you hadn’t provided it on your substack.. it’s an eerie feeling to learn how manipulated and diabolical and far reaching from such high level positions of power this plan was to smear the truckers protest before they even arrived in Ottawa all a pretext for JT to invoke The Emergencies Act!

Do you think an election will be called to avoid the repercussions that are soon to be visited on the perpetrators of these crimes?

Someone should send this article to Tom Green.

He doesn't seem to have a clue about what's going on in Canada... (Not that Joe Rogan does either. Typical.)
