Wish I had time this weekend to do a deeper dive; had quite a long conversation yesterday morning with one of the ‘Real Housewives’ of Alberta and there’s just so much more.
This was a pretty basic update IMHO but thanks for the encouragement.
It sounds like the tyrants running the Canadian government are grasping at straws trying to make a case against Tony and Chris stick. What a travesty.
I guess it's typical of the psychopathic mind to fantasize that everyone is out to get them. They can't comprehend that we just can't stand them, and that it really is as simple as that.
As always, great to hear your update on the men. I think one of the items in your piece was pub banned so be careful if you head to Lethbridge- S. Johnston (SJ) is liable to have you banned from the court (or even charged). One comment I have which you didn't mention in your pieces (I think) during the prosecution phase SJ and his team (2 other lawyers) emphasized Carberts prohibited firearm. To the layperson, that sounds really scary but what it means is that it is legal for him to own it etc but he can't sell it. I believe it was on the "List" of the Federal Government's Bill C-21 which only came into law in June 2023. Not that that is important necessarily for this case but, let's face it the Crown only has a "smirk" and this perception of a scary prohibited gun on Carbert (which may work on a jury). I suppose my thoughts are, when was that gun put on the "List" by the Lieberals? I followed that committee fairly closely. Is it possible that this is a "political" connection? Did a politician or his lackey (or should I say Lucki) ask for this gun to be added to try to help their case once they realized (more than 2 years ago) they had nothing? The timing of it being added might be interesting (they likely added in a few duck hunting rifles as camouflage ;)..... that is my theory whilst I don a tinfoil hat. Thanks again for the post I always learn something I wasn't aware of...
Another update on the trial of the Coutts Two from fellow citizen journalist Gord Magill. Finally the defence get to present their case which extinguishes many of the myths, accusations and suppositions and mischaracterizations by the Crown about the two men -- Chis Carbert and Tony Olienick -- currently on trial on the charge of conspiring to kill police. Gord also provides some insights into the real motives behind this trial and its potential outcome that should have all Canadians very concerned about the direction the Trudeau government wants to take this country.
Another great piece Gord.
Thanks.

This important trial needs everyone's eyeballs on it. Gord's commentary helps us focus on what's really going on here - in the trial - and in Canada.
