Another good one Gord. Like that you brought in the writings of some of the few honest journalists left here in this country.

Great piece. Informative and spot on.

Great piece- though I can sense your frustration. Have you given any thought on changing your mind with regard to Marco Van Huigenbos?

So let me get this straight: the other two currently behind bars are still awaiting trial that's been delayed again because the crown is incompetent?

Do we have an update on when the trial will finally take place? Or do you suppose the government is just going to let this run until the limited time behind bars without trial is met and they are released with no closure for anyone?

The trial, if we ever get to it, is tentatively scheduled for May.

Next round of pre-trial hearings is scheduled for March.

As Karen below mentioned, it may be that the crown is trying to run the clock out on the Jordan Rule, and thus wash their hands of the whole mess. Who knows.

I think the Crown is hoping the defense will indeed file a motion to dismiss based on the Jordan’s law (time), however what the Crown didn’t anticipate is the resolve of these last two men AND the escalating grassroots support these last two men have in wanting ALL the truth to be exposed and to have their day in court.
