For those listeners who want the argument in near-comic book form, the argument is explained in nothing but captioned pictures and images here. https://postpandemicchanges.substack.com/p/the-forgotten-half-of-the-patent

While there are 19 identified plaintiff categories whose occupations have been injured by the regulatory state de-facto removing 'limited Times' from the Patent Clause, the Truckers case is prime and explained here: https://postpandemicchanges.substack.com/p/semi-truck-owner-operators-pay-5000

A free letter-writing app is linked to (and explained) in the article how readers can write a persuasive letter to key trucking associations to take this unconstitutional taking to federal court.

Thanks Gord, it was a real pleasure appearing on your podcast. Your book, The End of the Road: Inside the War on Truckers, is a must read for constitutional advocates, especially when combined with the forgotten half of the patent clause (where it says inventor's protection against the public remanufacturing their inventions is "for limited Times").

A condensed version of my manuscript is here on Substack. https://postpandemicchanges.substack.com/p/the-constitutional-violation-no-one
