Same thing happening to Registered Nurses. Running us out by hiring difficult people as techs to work for us. Keep us short staffed on purpose so we do not have time to document the issues. Dumbed down and mixed training so new staff do not know enough to do the job right. Trainers play games with disorganizing the patient assignment or leave you alone for an hour or two. Not available. Most experienced being held accountable but noone else is. Older nurses are ran off the job. It is beyond horrible. We do not know what to do because all is corrupt. HR only helps the company. Managers are young and not nurses anymore.
